Neta Launches Lifetime Warranty And Loyalty Program

Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, April 17, 2024 – Intro Synergy Sdn Bhd (“ISSB” or “Company”), the Exclusive Distributor of NETA is excited to announce the launch of its Lifetime Warranty Program, underscoring the company’s commitment to quality, durability and customer satisfaction.

Dato’ SM Azli SM Nasimuddin Kamal, the Executive Chairman of ISSB, expressed his confidence in NETA’s manufacturing standards, affirming “We are unwaveringly proud of NETA’s production processes, assuring reliability and excellence in every product offered to the market. Effective immediately, the Lifetime Warranty applies to the first 500 new customers (individual owners and for non-commercial usage) who purchase the NETA V from 01 April until 30 June 2024. The warranty will cover the battery, motor and motor controller unit, an integrated circuit that controls device operations and specific systems.

On top of that, ISSB also introduce NETA Loyalty Program. Under the NETA Loyalty Program, the participant will receive exclusive privileges and benefits tailored to enhance their experience with NETA including being rewarded up to RM24,300, discounted prices on selected accessories, entitle for lucky draws and many more. Existing customers who purchase NETA V can also enjoy the same treatment if they participate in the NETA Loyalty Program.
